Erika Foder

Erika is a member of the British Acupuncture Council, the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and the British Psychological Society, where she adheres to strict codes of conduct and safe practice regulations.

Erika’s training and philosophy approaches health with the whole person in mind, encompassing mind, body, and spirit to ensure they work in unison. She treats an array of health concerns, from mental and emotional issues to physiological complaints, with a particular interest in infertility for men and women, along with women’s menstrual and menopause health.

In accordance with her extensive knowledge and experience in providing support for the physical and mental health of others, Erika has developed treatments that combine Eastern and Western perspectives. She also uses Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP, tailored to each individual’s needs in order to improve health, well-being and fertility.

She has a professional, caring manner and will be happy to assist you in your journey towards improved health and happiness, striving to provide the highest quality of care to female and male clients to ensure their personal well-being goals are met.

During my studies, I recognised the lack of psycho-emotional support for couples facing infertility, inspiring me to create a practice that addresses both the emotional and physical aspects of fertility.

To stay true to my mission, I have completed a year-long postgraduate diploma in Fertility, Obstetrics, and Gynaecology, and I am currently pursuing an Advanced Level Diploma in Fertility Acupuncture.’’
