What will it involve?
For optimum skin improvement Oxy Ice Needling is best taken after an exfoliation treatment such as the Hurricane Oxygen Super cleanse, Resurface & Heal Micro-dermabrasion with LED Phototherapy, Oxy Ice Peel, Chemical Peel or the Fresh Up Light to lift layers of unwanted dead skin cells thus improving the surface of the skin. The Oxy Ice Needling treatment will repair the deeper layers of the skin’s structures.

Your skin care practitioner will complete a detailed consultation to establish your skin type, condition, and your skin care improvement goals, all of which will determine the most suitable exfoliation treatment, active ingredients and planning to suit your skin.

Commencing a pre-exfoliation treatment, or simply a cleanse if you opt out of the pre exfoliation treatment, the Oxy Ice Needling is applied followed by the application of the active FGF-10 hyaluronic acid ingredients.

The Oxy Ice Needling duo device is designed to perforate the skin so that the active FGF-10 hyaluronic acid ingredients are absorbed via the thousands of epidermal micro-canals. Simultaneously it selectively targets dermal structures, whereby it can be ‘tricked’ into producing new natural collagen in response to a perceived injury to promote skin repair.

The device provides a range of needle depths and techniques, which make this an adaptable and extremely precise treatment to suit the face, neck, and body. It is also safe to treat under the eyes. Our needle sizes, along with the ice oxygen, create a consistent chilled and calming action on the skin, whilst simultaneously perforating it using minimal down time.

This process will instantly increases cellular regeneration, improving tired, dull, dehydrated skin, fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, open pores and acne scars and leaving the skin feeling instantly rejuvenated, plumped, smoother, fresh and glowing.

Does it hurt?
During the Oxy Ice Needling treatment there is no discomfort due to using the classic dermaroller needling applicant in conjunction with the ice oxygen, together with drone technology to create a natural cool numbing action whilst needling. However, each individual has varied pain threshold to the needling action. Care is taken to make it as comfortable as possible.

How many treatments do I need?
A single treatment will provide an instant skin repair effect. However a course of 3 to 5 treatments taken weekly is strongly advised to provide longevity of the skin results.

How quickly will I see the results?
You will see results immediately after a single treatment and progressively over a series of treatments as the new collagen and elastin molecules mature into a well organised matrix in the dermal layer of the skin, increasing volume from within the skin, plumping out fine lines, wrinkles, open pores and acne scars, along with overall improvements in skin tone, sun-damage and ageing skin.

How long will the results last?
Commencing a single treatment the skin will appear taught and bright for several days and up to several weeks commencing a course of treatments. However this depends on many factors, such as how one cares for their skin post treatment, the severity of one’s natural oil production, diet, stress, hormone influences and lifestyle.

It is most unlikely; however the skin may appear slighlty flushed and feel sensitive post Oxy Ice Needling.

Treat the skin as a sensitive skin, avoid exposure to the sun, heat treatments and swimming for 24 hours or until the skin completely appears calm.

Use an SPF50 daily.
